“Jane was brilliant because she listened so well to what I wanted and then designed a garden that was so much more fitting and beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We have large glass doors facing the garden so we wanted the garden to have a relationship to the indoor design. Jane was excited that we had lime green and orange in the house as it gave her the opportunity to consider variegated leaves and some colourful orange flowers. I have not gardened since I was at school and I've just retired! So Jane also thought about what would be OK for a novice to manage and would give me colour all year round. I can't tell you how much I enjoy the garden and the number of people who have visited the house and commented on our gorgeous garden. Jane has also been great about giving me a couple of lessons so I can keep it beautiful.”

“We chose Jane based on her empathy, professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. She took in to account our budget and style. She gave detailed advice so our builders could do the landscaping (saving money on a landscaper) and had an excellent preparation team (Kim Pringle) to prepare the garden for planting. Jane and her team were lovely to work with and all had an amazing can do attitude. Everything was in budget and where ever Jane and Kim could save us money they did. This really helped with a large build and garden design. Jane has sent us information regarding after care, mulching and pruning. She presented multiple garden concepts and helped us to select the ‘winning’ brief. She then worked with us step by step through the ‘build’ stage, introducing us to our landscapers (after running a competitive tender for the job) and visiting site throughout the build to ensure it was all going to plan. “Jane came into our garden project that had come unstuck half way through and was completely brilliant. A traditional lawn garden had been completely taken out for one that was meant to be dog friendly, with York stone and borders. The previous builders had done a very poor job without any drainage - or plants left - and Jane, together with my fantastic gardener, Kim, turned what was becoming a disaster into a completely wonderful London garden with lush borders and exotic Acers resulting in a mature garden within a year! Jane's knowledge of plants is masterfully forensic and detailed.
